This blueprint uses a legacy roller coaster. To enable legacy content in Theme Park Tycoon 2, follow these steps:
Click the settings (cog) button in the bottom right of the screen
Scroll down until you see the "Show legacy content in build menu" option in the General Settings section
Enable the option

It's better than I thought it would be. made my ride look 99999999999999% better, looks amazing. It did cost a lot of money but other wise it's great. would recommend.
